Is Hebleo suitable for complete beginners?

It’s actually specifically been designed for adult beginners, even if you have never been exposed to the language in the past. You’ll begin with the very basics and then slowly build your understanding at your pace, so that nothing feels overwhelming or assumed.

Is Hebleo suitable for intermediates?

Yes! While the program doesn’t assume any prior knowledge, it provides robust explanations, examples and practice for over 2000 words, including native recordings for each word. As our reviews show, many students who used our method after learning elsewhere found they understood things better and were able to use the language more easily, even with plenty of prior knowledge.

How is Hebleo different from apps or traditional Ulpan programs?

Most apps focus on repetition and exposure, while Ulpan programs often rely on intensity and memorization. Hebleo focuses on creating intuitive understanding first, so advancing becomes easier and motivation remains high. This happens through a unique approach to teaching the structure and logic of Hebrew, which allows learners to progress faster and retain what they learn without much effort.

How long does it take to see progress?

We’ve had many students who have told us they can understand key concepts immediately as they are explained, for some even they had spent months stuck on those exact topics when they were studying them elsewhere. And while everyone learns at a different pace, Hebleo helps learners make measurable progress quickly rather than feeling stuck for months.

Do I need to memorize a lot of vocabulary or grammar rules?

No. Hebleo minimizes rote memorization by teaching patterns, connections, and memory tools in a way that makes natural sense with how your brain learns easiest.

I don’t want to waste money - what if Hebleo doesn’t work for me?

Hebleo comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. That means you have 2 whole weeks to explore the course risk-free and decide if it’s the right fit for you. If not, you can request a full refund within that period and we will gladly give you back your money, no questions-asked.

Reply to General ongoing vocabulary

Yes, but unfortunately due to moving houses I haven’t had as much time to work on it as I wanted, and I have to prioritize development resources.

In the meantime, feel free to send me an email at info@hebleo.com. I’ll give you a bespoke solution so that you can have access to a version of the vocabulary masterfile until everything is sorted.

Thanks for checking in!

I’ve been away on holiday so have only been able to spend time with the new virtual keyboard today.

I have two remaining problems:

– the keyboard obscures the field where I’m typing. I only have a relatively small screen on my laptop, and the keyboard can’t be repositioned on the screen. I can scroll to see the…

Hi Penny, just wanted to know how you like the keyboard, and whether you found any problems/bugs in it. I only just made it from scratch so it’s feasible that are some issues with it.

Announcement - new and improved on-screen Hebrew keyboard

Hello everyone.

I’m excited to announce that based on user feedback, I completely revamped the keyboard, made it cleaner and added some quality of life features.

1. You can now always open it from the circle on the bottom right of the site. You don’t need to open it per input field.

2. The keyboard now has forward and backward arrows for…
