The foundations course provides great, thorough foundational knowledge. After taking it, you will know everything from writing, to proper use of adjectives, propositions, verb conjugation, construct state, roots and patterns and much more. Many beginner and intermediate students who have taken it said that they are glad they did.
However, if you're already an advanced learner, or at a level where you are managing to interact with Hebrew on a daily basis (including not having much problem conjugating most verbs), Foundations is probably not for you and I'd recommend Advanced and Mastery instead.
