Hebleo Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: December 8, 2025
Hebleo offers structured Hebrew courses and learning materials delivered as digital content (online lessons, exercises, audio, downloadable files and similar resources). This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available for purchases made directly on hebleo.com.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to purchases made directly from Hebleo via hebleo.com, including:
- One-time purchases of digital courses and course bundles
- Memberships or subscriptions (if/when available)
- Digital add-ons (e.g., downloadable sheets, audio packs, practice files)
If you purchased Hebleo content through a third-party platform (such as another course marketplace or tutoring platform), that platform’s refund policy applies and you must contact them directly.
2. Nature of our products (digital content)
Most Hebleo products are digital educational content that is accessible immediately or very shortly after purchase through your account and/or email. Because digital content cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, this policy aims to balance:
- A fair satisfaction guarantee for learners
- Protection of our course materials from misuse (for example: downloading all content and then asking for a refund)
Please read the conditions below carefully before purchasing.
3. “Change of mind” refunds for digital courses
We currently offer a 14-day satisfaction period for eligible course purchases made on hebleo.com.
You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- You purchased the course directly from hebleo.com.
- You have not completed more than 60% of the course, as measured by lesson completion or progress indicators in the learning platform.
- You have not downloaded or otherwise consumed the majority of the downloadable materials in a way that suggests an attempt to retain the content while requesting a refund.
If these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for that course.
4. When refunds are not normally granted
Unless required by law, we generally do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- You have completed more than 40% of the course or clearly consumed a substantial portion of the content.
- The product was purchased via a third-party platform (their policy applies).
- The only reason given is non-use or lack of time (e.g., “I didn’t get around to it”) and you did not contact us during the 14-day period.
- Access was revoked because of violations of our Terms of Use, such as account sharing, piracy, or other forms of misuse.
We may, at our discretion, review exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis, but there is no guarantee of a refund outside the conditions described above.
5. Subscriptions & recurring payments (if applicable)
If Hebleo offers subscriptions or recurring memberships, the following terms apply:
1. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings (if available) or by contacting our support.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access to the subscribed content until the end of the current paid period.
3. Refunds on subscriptions
We generally do not provide refunds for partial or unused portions of a billing period once it has started.
In some cases (for example an accidental renewal or duplicate subscription), we may provide a one-time goodwill refund if you contact us promptly and have not made substantial use of the content in the new period. Whether such a refund is granted is at our sole discretion.
If subscriptions are not currently offered, this section will apply if and when they are introduced.
6. Technical issues, access problems & duplicate charges
We are committed to resolving technical or billing issues, including:
- You were charged but did not receive access to your course or materials.
- You were charged twice or see an apparent duplicate payment for the same product.
- Persistent technical problems on our side prevent you from reasonably using the course for an extended time.
In such cases, we will either:
- Restore proper access, or
- Provide an appropriate refund or credit, at our discretion.
Please contact us as soon as possible with relevant details (such as your order number, screenshots, or error messages).
7. Promotions, discounts & special offers
- Refunds, when granted, are based on the actual amount paid at checkout, including any discounts, promotions, or coupon codes applied.
- If you purchase a product and it later goes on sale or is offered at a lower price, we generally do not refund the difference.
- Certain special offers or heavily discounted promotions may be explicitly marked as non-refundable. In such cases, the specific terms of the promotion override this general policy.
8. How to request a refund
To request a refund or to ask about your eligibility, please contact us at:
Email: [email protected]
In your message, include:
- Your full name
- The email address used for the purchase / your Hebleo account
- Your order number (if available)
- The name of the course or product for which you request a refund
- The date of purchase
- A brief explanation of the reason for your request
We may request additional information to verify your identity and your purchase.
9. Processing time & method
- If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless this is not technically possible.
- After we process the refund, the time until the amount appears in your account depends on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service, and is outside our control.
10. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable laws in your country or region. In the event of a conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.
