All course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, tools, photographs, images, illustrations, software or source code, audio and video, animations and themes, including the rights therein such as copyright, trademark, service mark or patent rights are the property of Hebleo, its licensors, or designated owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that the Services and any underlying technology or software used in connection with the Services contain Hebleo’s proprietary information.
Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, modification, republishing, uploading, downloading, posting, transmitting, distribution or duplication, or any other misuse of any of the course materials is prohibited without express written permission from Hebleo.
We take violations of laws and proprietary rights very seriously. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services and course materials does not infringe upon our rights or the rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide us with the necessary information and we will act accordingly.
If you distribute our course materials without authorization, you are liable for all damages resulting from such actions, including any damages we may suffer, and you may also be subject to criminal penalties. Unauthorized distribution includes but is not limited to sharing course materials with non-enrolled individuals, selling our course content, or posting course content on unauthorized platforms. Downloading course videos for personal use or distribution is also strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
You agree that for any breach of this section, we may suffer irreparable harm and may therefore be entitled to injunctive relief to enforce this section, in addition to any other remedies available.

5. Refunds and Dissatisfaction
